Awesome! It’s SOLD OUT! But for those of us who just now found our way to your website and Option to Buy method, if would be wonderful if we could somehow get info regarding the sold out event…most specifically what we missed out on so that we can anticipate the next upcoming event of the same kind.

You know… the what, when, where, how much, and what exactly is included in the event as far as content, and can someone leave there, without any other upselling, and return home with all the tools to get started.

This Option to Buy method is my answer I’ve been looking for. I’ve been attempting short sales for a couple years now, and even though I’ve gotten very good at working with mitigators, sellers, etc., I’ve always felt ever so deceptive in the processes other gurus have taught. I’ve lost opportunities simply because the seller didn’t like a process any more than I did and wouldn’t “play ball” in the face and eyes of losing their home to auction.

Your “event” is sold out but I need to get more information immediately because I have 4 deals underway, and two more about to be signed up. I gave up on the Land Trust because it’s nixed in Oregon altogether, so now I’m using the Quit Claim and tons of disclosures where I can while searching for another process that resonates with me.

Well, the Option to Buy is my answer. How can I get the help I need now so that I might be able to increase my success ratio AND hold my head up high afterwards?

Please advise…and thanks again for sharing your process with the world of investors. I’m not new to this stuff, but this is by far the best thing I’ve seen yet. Darn! Why didn’t I think of it!! (grin)

The date for the upcoming event has a major conflict already on my calendar so I will have to wait for the next offering. Phooey!! But just knowing this stuff is out there lifts this heavy weight of frustration from my shoulders. It meets all my criteria for a process that I can offer to my sellers with confidence and integrity. The Land Trust has always had a bit of a “carnival” feel to it.

I just spent 3 days in Florida in November learning this Land Trust process and have NEVER liked it because of that element of deception that simply can’t be glossed over. But now Oregon has very aggressive legislation pounding it and title companies in Oregon won’t touch them. I’ve been scrambling for a way to hang on to the deals already submitted, and to process the two going in this week.

I look forward to hearing back from you. You mentioned something about coaching…
I’m currently in a mentorship program with another company but they’re in the process of having to change their stripes as well, so they can’t help me much with this Option process. I learned about SREC from a recent post on our discussion board, followed up on it, and now even the coaches are looking at it.

Hey, isn’t that what it’s all about. Those who weather change are those willing to take in new information and make adjustments. These are fast moving times and that’s what adds to the excitement…definitely.
