Mike JeffersonWhat a great video. There really are a lot of moving parts when it comes to short sales and you explain it well and make it sound very simple if you just break it down. Also, I am currently looking to learn more about the Short Sale process and I would much rather learn from someone who is out in field still doing deals. This video is a lot different from other things I have seen out there.

This type of documentary is very informative!
Yes, we need to take the time to learn the details, but an example deal like this on video helps to wrap everything together, to see the whole picture in chronological order (especially the documents) .
As a matter of fact; I am convinced that a few well done documentary’s like this could answer a WHOLE LOT of questions, and cut down on how much coaching time was needed……
