Richard WoodsTried 7 times to play the videos and they would not open up. Maybe a download problem, not sure, but I set time aside to watch this on Short Sales and it just did not work.

AaronHey Jaydene, I would start with reading the Rich Dad Series of books that are written by Robert Kyosaki and his attorney and CPA also have books they wrote that he endorses. It will warm you up to how the industry works and it is in common language and makes a lot of sense and truly works, when his principles are allied. Best of Luck with your venture.

Good advice. I read through most of those books and it seems every entrapenuer would say they started with those books as well. Other solid books include Robert Allen’s Multiple Streams of Income and David Finkle and Peter Conti’s books on Real Estate.
