I just have one thing to say – we rocked out this event in Vegas. 235 people there. Jamming the place out. 3 hard core days of training from 7am til 8 pm every day. individual one on one’s with new students. mastermind groups going on up in my 1200 sq ft suite. Bonus 4th day on commercial investing with Diamond, Platinum and Masters Elite Students. I am so proud of my staff and the attendees for going all out. Just wait til March when we do the next one with twice as many people there.

Where are you getting end investors that are paying close to 100% market value for properties.
I have a investment company that is 12 years old and have done well and we also lend hard money to other investors.

The biggest problem that I see is not finding the deals but getting rid of them quickly before you lose more equity in the property. We have been negotating short sales for over two years and getting great deals on property but are business is not renting or holding on to property for any amount of time, that just lessons our profit margin. We have seen markets where homes can be bought for 70% of market value by anyone that is looking. The point is that you need a better margin or deal then most banks at this point are ready to give up to turn property over quickly. If you have any thoughts on that please contact me.
