Great teleseminar with Ms. Stone. She has got my partner and me pumped up and ready to go. We have found a couple of luxury homes that are listed as short sale possible in the MLS. How would I get a copy of the power point presentation for Realtors? I do not want to come across and an inexperienced individual.
I can relate to this ! , I’ve heard some goody things about this blog ! I bookmarked it on my favorites and will visit it again for more interesting posts like this one, Thanks

Hey Josh,
The call was great last night, wanted to ask you a question.I purchased the book for short sales for the price of shipping and was wondering would you be able to get me a copy of the options contract, I am in the middle of some short sales but didn’t have a contract for it (I know, im still learning)
I thought when I would order the book I could wait it out but 2 of the banks have been asking for contracts and I just wanted to know if you could send it to me since the book is shipping the 20th. I would REALLY appreciate it, Thanks in advance
