Great series of calls! Thanks!
I was thinking.. would it make sense to have a dedicated space (database?) for your students/you/your negotiators – to report by lender, specific transaction details?
For example, I am seeing a lender right now who is doing a loan mod for an investor owned single family home. If that same lender were to later tell anyone ‘we don’t modify loans on investor owned properties’, could be useful to have a searchable database like this?
