As an investor, it’s only natural to checkout other strategies for business purposes. After viewing the “11 Objections” video, the thought that most comes to mind is that it illuminates the mind really well in better understanding the shortsale process. Cool.

Ok, so with great humility and some reverance, I write this comment about the Sales Mastery for Short Sales e-book and Josh and Dan’s presentation. Now I don’t want to sound like a know it all, but sales is my gig. I have been in some capacity of sales & business relationship building for the last 20 years. I too have been a sales trainer and coach for a top Pharmaceutical Company (7 years), and Real Estate guru’s through my 5 year real estate career. The concepts and the key elements covered in this book are by far some of the best written for sales techiniques since the days of Peter Conti & David Finkel. In fact its focus on a greater conversion rate by using a step by step system is simple and effective (if practiced and implemented) that I know it will benefit anyone in this business. Yes, even a self thought know it all in sales. I look forward to the course and being able to perfect and train others in my business.
