SREC Aspirations & Core Values Include Successes, Failures

In order for any business to be successful, it’s important to know what the goals and objectives are, and to have a set of core values that will help drive any decisions that are made. You have to know who you are, what you want to become and how you’re going to get there. Establishing a plan will help keep you on track and allow you to build on each success as it comes along. It’s your roadmap, without which it might be too easy to get off course.
For our team at Strategic Real Estate Coach, it’s no different. It was important to us to define our aspirations for the business, and determine what our core values are – what is driving us to do what we do every day. So what does our road map look like?
We’re committed to providing superior personal training and education that will equip, empower and encourage real estate entrepreneurs to successfully buy, renovate, sell and rent discounted real estate, while helping homeowners and lenders dispose of distressed and unwanted properties. We aspire to be an authentic “work hard – play hard” organization that fosters an atmosphere of creativity, enthusiasm, trust, honesty, and friendship through open communication, respect and accountability. We don’t talk about problems unless we discuss solutions.
At SREC we aspire to bring new ideas and fresh solutions to you concerning personal finance and foreclosures. We aspire to create a team of real estate entrepreneurs that is the most successful in the country!
After outlining our aspirations, we developed core values. There are five, and over the course of the coming days we’ll focus on each one individually. The first is about success and failure. Achievement is the struggle by which obstacles are overcome. When the solution to a problem is not apparent, learning how to persevere is essential. Failure should be seen as a way to enhance the learning by providing the opportunity to overcome adversity. Likewise, planning for failure must be a part of any business, as failure will come. SREC understands that risk results in growth, and that failure is a part of the process.
We’ve worked hard to build SREC, but we’ve made mistakes. We’ve experienced failures in our own real estate investing; however, we learned from those mistakes and failures and have developed the tools to prevent those things from happening to us or to you, our investors. We’ve turned those missteps into successes.
We’ve developed training resources and tools that you can use to deal with roadblocks when they come up. Our coaches will support you through any bumps and help identify the best possible outcome, based on your situation. We’re committed to your success, just as we’re committed to making SREC the best resource for your business.
