Last week I went to visit a house I recently bought that’s spitting out checks left and right.
I’m being paid 4 different ways from this one property.
I grabbed my video guy and recorded the whole thing including the contracts and paperwork I used, the lead source, the HUD 1, the funding and how I’m going to exit out of this property and make about $25k.
