How do I make money investing in real estate foreclosures?
You will make money investing in foreclosures and short sales by buying properties at discounted prices below the fair market value and then re-selling them at fair market value for a profit.

How can I buy and sell real estate if I have bad credit and little or no extra money?
You can buy and sell real estate every day without using any of your own cash or credit. There are thousands of lenders across the US who will lend you money based on the property itself and not your personal finances. There are also techniques SREC will show you on how to raise funds and financing from *private lenders*. These are individuals who have excess cash, usually older folks, who are not earning very high interest on their money at the local bank. These individuals will loan you money to buy and sell real estate for higher interest rate than they are earning at the local banks. This is how I have funded over 325+ real estate deals over the past 5 years.

Will this work in my state?
