Inside Sales Rep

We are a very aggressive brokerage that specializes in marketing, and we generate an outrageous amount of new, warm buyer and seller leads every day. We have a complete, DONE FOR YOU lead generation system ready for you to tap into.

We are looking for an INSIDE SALES REP to qualify these leads over the phone and see how quickly they are looking to buy or sell their house and set appointments for our outside sales reps. These are people interested in buying or selling their homes so we need a sales person to qualify leads as they come in and set appointments for our agents.

We prefer to hire a licensed agent. You’ll get to keep some of these leads for yourself too if your licensed.

$35k if you are Good! $60k if you are Great! $100k plus if you are Outstanding.

Base plus commission plus benefits.

We only hire A-Players, not backgrounds. Young or old – if you have the right stuff, we’ll know!

We will train the right person who has everything we’re looking for. Our agents and staff have closed over 1000 short sales, foreclosure and REO transactions in the past 6 years alone. You will learn from our “on the ground” experience.  Leads come from warm prospects and our existing customers that have already raised their hands and announced their interest in meeting with an agent.

We need a strong, aggressive and extremely talented inside sale rep to help take our pipeline of leads and turn them into qualified appointments.

Must have a proven, successful sales track record and be outstanding at making a connection over the phone and in person. Aggressive commission payouts for top performers. Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to jump in and work as part of a super successful team.
