Believe it or not, there are multiple levels of motivated sellers.
In other words, there are sellers who are more motivated to sell investment properties than others.
Which also means there are other levels of sellers who aren’t as motivated, but are you hitting up all of them with your marketing?
I set up a gotomeeting with my good buddy Chris Seder who is absolutely killing it out in Montana. He’s a super star real estate investor out there, especially when it comes to finding motivated seller leads and flipping them for huge profits, and he also happens to be one of our SREC coaches and a former student.
