The Advantages of Saying “No” to Poor Opportunities

Real Estate Investing has led me to so many different opportunities, and most have them have been incredible.  But every once in a while, you get a real dud.

Sometimes you have to just say “no.”

I was recently honored to be a guest on my buddy Josh Felber’s podcast, “Making Bank.” You may have heard of it, he’s had some pretty awesome guests on there, including Gary V, Jay Abraham and Damon John, among many others.

Now that opportunity falls in the former category, it was truly great and I think both of us benefited from our conversation.

Josh is an unbelievably successful entrepreneur who started his first business when he was just 14 years old. While he was still in his teens, he started a financial services company that grew to generate annual transactions of over $5 Billion.

Him and I are in a mastermind group together, along with some other high end CEOs, and it has definitely produced a ton of great opportunities and still continues to do just that.

We talked about business, life, success, failure, and it led us to talk about the power of saying “no” to these bad opportunities and the impact it can have on your personal and financial life.
