Since we started SREC, Jeff Watson and I have been adamant that if you’re going to get into the short sale business, then you need to do the business the right way. What does that mean? Well, for starters it means that all of your transactions are open and transparent to each party involved.
Unfortunately, that’s a standard that many investors are willing to ignore and the result is a tarnished image for all of us.
