Using a credibility kit is one way that we have found effective to give your prospective seller the confidence that your company is the right one to help them. You should try to have this in your prospect's hands to sell your company and you, before the first appointment. Be sure to get the prospect's email on the first call when you're setting up the appointment. This way you can send your credibility kit along with the appointment confirmation. A credibility kit is also useful as a leave-behind because it can generate additional referrals through the friends and family of the prospect. Here is what your kit should include:

  1. Proof that you belong to the Better Business Bureau
  2. Case studies showing your ability to successfully discount mortgages
  3. Before and after rehabs you've completing
  4. Your website address
