With so much negativity surrounding the housing market these days, it’s good to know that some people down on their luck are actually getting a break and moving into houses that once were too expensive for their salaries.  Section 8, which several years ago seemed to be dying, is now very much alive and benefitting investors focused on a long term strategy instead of a quick hit.
